Not the best experience

Sail Date: May 12, 2013

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was big and beautiful but dirty. Windjammer dining room was crammed and the carpet was dirty on Day1. The windows and balcony glass was dirty. Service was ok from the bar staff to the room stewards, not overly friendly and did not go out of their way. The anytime dining wait staff was what made our cruise a wonderful experience. We had Dias and Wilfred who were awesome! The food was excellent in the Dining Room.
The Cruise Director was Great, he had lots of energy and kept you entertained.
