Review summary

Assigned/paid for 424 sq ft Jr Suite plus...usable comfort reduced by assignment by RCCL to a 2 Pullman bunk bed room that two adults could not use except to store suitcases. A wasted space carved out of out 424 Sq Ft cabin. Very small TV..maybe 19\" and in this price of suite a 36\"/whatever would have been suitable. Only have to purchase the TV once and recover costs in ratebase. Entire suite needs upgrading to Holland American standards....1\" tile in bth is a 1960 venue, upgrade to modern showcase. Staff @ Office poorly trained, therefore we struggle to obtain toss sofa pillows and deck chair/lounge for balcony. I didn't pay to come aboard to manage my vacation household and beg for features illustrated in WEB sites diagrams. Cruise Director ... to much \"I\" in his stories, let's see the show and skip the I'm so great talk. We voted to not ride RCCL again. Since 1999 sailed with RCCL about 8-9 times, with the Vision of the Seas best balcony offered. Again, learn from Holland American

As indicated above...shorted by carving out 2 Pullman bunk bed mini cabin with closet....great for a family of four\, but not what we ordered - yet paid for such feature.

Pros: Good ride\, great floor shows\, good band

Cons: Skipped one night of entertainment show\, really only 5 of 7 nights

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? No.
