Review summary

The ship is awesome! most of the time you could not even tell you were on a cruise ship. It was a very very nice cruise ship. The service was fantastic too! The captain will actually meet with the on board cruisers and I thought that was really a great thing for him to take time to do.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food is big portions and the service is out of this world. We had a waitress in my time dining that is so recommended. Heidi is so awesome!

Entertainment

I feel that they had alot of activities going on at all times, but the schedules for the ice show was not easy. You had to pick a day, get the ticket for that day, and then if you didn't have time to see it that day, you were out of luck for rest of cruise. You could not pick a different day and get the tickets for the ice show, because they have one morning where you pick them up in the promenade. Didn't like that....customer service should be able to give the tickets out to the ones that missed there ticket time and get a chance to see show sometime during their cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was always smiling, greeting you, and would try to do their best to make it a great cruise for everyone. I was very very impressed with the quality of service.

Ship Quality

Size is huge for a first time cruiser, but is fun learning where things are. All the public areas were very nice, and very clean. Everything was easily accessed, after you learn where things are.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
If you can afford it, go for a balcony. It is so awesome! The room is a great size and everything is clean. We were on 8th floor and we loved it.

Pros: The great service

Cons: The adult pool was always full of adults suntaning on the limited amount of lounge chairs.
