EVERYDAY WE WASTED TIME AT THE PURSERS OFFICE LINE WAITING ABOUT OUR PROMISED SHIP BOARD CREDIT AND AT THE LOYALITY DESK TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY WE DID NOT GET IT WHEN WE HAD IT IN WRITING. RCCL CALLED THE WHO NEVER RETURNED RCCL CALLS FROM THE PURSERS DESK AND THE LOYALITY DESK. WE SPENT 7 DAYS WORRYING ABOUT THAT. NO ONE FROM RETURNED THE MANY CALLS TO RCCL.

clean, ,like the larger ships for they have more activities. good gym, good staff.

no amenities in the room. 2 small bars of soap and NO LOTION, Told we had to be Diamond plus to get that. BAD
