Lovely ship, friendly staff, excellent food and facilities, fantastic fjords ! What’s there not to like ! Would definitely sail on her again

We hit some rough weather and our itinerary changed because of this. Not the end of the world as we still had a fantastic time. I would rate this as the best cruise we have done. Norway is a stunning place although very expensive when in ports. Get a good breakfast in you as a fish and chip lunch runs around £20.

The cruise was excellent! I was disappointed that we didn’t make a couple of the scheduled stops, but you can’t control Mother Nature.

Overall it was the people I met on this cruise that redeemed it. I am the biggest RC fan but was disappointed with this one. If we didnt have the multiple changes then maybe the service experience may have been better but Brilliance for example would have been a better ship for the destination

Cruise was nicely planned . Weather enforced an un-wanted port day , back and forth changes in itinerary, and places we planned and researched about, were never visited, Alesund and Geiranger ... However, port days were well compensated , entertainment wise...

The Canary Islands and Azores cruise is an hidden Jem! It’s a must to once in a lifetime. The sceneries are so unique and unbelievable that you have the impression to be on another planet or the moon in Tenerife and Lanzarote. Lisbon Portugal is also a magnificent city. I recommend to everyone to visit the Canary Islands!

The cruise was relaxing and the ship was good.staff all were excellent

Overall an interesting and enjoyable cruise had been to some ports of call before.

The ship was good but in need of a refit. Some of the excursions were very short even though we had more time before setting sail. There were lots of people on mobility scooters that were not used to using them and caused accidents to others. I can't fault the extremely busy friendly staff but there needs to be more of them at certain times.

Very relaxing . The food was great , the windjammer hardly had any cues and food was great . The main dinning area was also very good and the service was top end as was in the windjammer . My favourite was chops , my mouth is watering right now thinking about the steak from there , fantastic. The bars were all excellent , I made very good use of my deluxe drink package . Very well stocked and minimal waiting . Loved the holiday , will have a year off then be booking up for 2021.

Overall, a first fantastic cruise. The staff must be praised for their attention to customer care. Entertainment was excellent and range of evening events. Don't agree with the customer tier system-a little outdated. We need to embrace all customers as equals. Apart from that little moan-a fantastic holiday.

Great cruise, entertainment was better than last year although disappointed that the quest was adult only as family one the year before was brill and kids devastated. Lots of good food and discovered more secret areas on ship that didn’t find last time.

Highly recommend Iglu for the booking, they were great, the Ship and Royal Caribbean team were fantastic, we have already book again on board for the Anthem of the seas sailing from Southamton to the canaries July 2020 so cant wait already. Booking on board can give you some discount and extras so well worth a look for your next cruise.

So far best holiday of our lives. Couldn’t wait to book another one.

Overall it was a great experience. The cities on this cruise are all wonderful. I'd like to see most of them again. From peterhoff Palace to tivoli Gardens all worth the time and the effort. Also the people that we all met were more than welcoming ecvne though we were tourists.

Loved the Baltic’s glad I’ve seen them although I prefer the med temperatures. Well worth doing the two day St Petersburg tour for the information and opportunity to see so many fabulous places

Excellent time overall with some good port visits.

Ship is dated. Had a mechanical problem that delayed our arrival. Food was not as good as past cruises, and certainly not the caliber of other recent cruises we have taken. Excursion choices were poor and quality was mostly poor.
