Review summary

promoted “ship credits with booking”, but after booking claimed that our booking was made too close to sail date to receive any promotion. Due to needing two cabins utilized agent. Made process more complicated and nearly booked first cabin at wrong (much more expensive) rate.

port of miami was under construction. Royal Caribbean made adjustments to process to ensure process was smooth even though it was delayed

Limited dining options that were included. Buffet not available some days. At many times times of the day only one beverage station was accessible

Cleaning reduced to one time per day. Would be ok on days at sea, but after excursions an additional clean would be helpful. Air conditioner in cabin did not function well.

Private island experience was ok. wanted something to eat and hours for food closed earlier than expected. Made the mistake of walking thought the market area to get from one beach to another
