the food was perfect, the service was perfect.

pools were great but were always pretty full. i loved them. didn't see anyone standing by the rock climbing so wasn't sure who to talk to about it so we never did it.
Entertainment

shows were amazing. The comedy was not to our taste, it was silly american humor about kids pooping and other odd jokes. We had to walk out. But the singing and dancing and musicians were amazing. The ice show was incredible. Those guys are amazing.

Specifically table 707 we had with Mayur and Valento. These guys went above and beyond. After the first night, they memorized what drinks my wife and I wanted, as well as the special foods our daughter wanted. They had her food ready for her when we arrived every night. If anyone deserves a promotion, it's Mayur and Valento. Also, Rody was a huge help and provided great follow up service for us. She also got us special food requests and spent time with us and got to know us and entertained and interacted with our daughter. Also, Yoni our room cleaner said hi to us every day and interacted witho ur daughter and left us little folder towel animals which our daughter loved.
