Our overall cruise experience was good, we had some hiccup with duty free (alcohol section, they messed up our order, yet we were compensated fairly), the workers were amazing. We didn't took advantage of paying our gratuities early (with a discount) because we know how important gratuities for the crew. We hope the rest of travelers/cruisers would know this. we hope Royal's discount on gratuities for early payment, would not take away directly from the workers.

The process of embarkation from Miami port was excellent. From dropping luggage, to going through check-in and boarding the ship was very smooth (it probably took u less than 15 minutes, including the walking). Staff were very courteous and helpful.

As always, the dining crew provided 100% customer service satisfaction and the breakfast/dinner selection were good. Similar to the buffet section, crew and food selection were good. Overall the crew had positive energy throughout the sail.

Ships amenities were ok, from pool/jacuzzi, to the gym and spa were all good.
Entertainment

The ship's entertainment director (Elvis) is amazing. The Ice Show is wonderful, what an amazing crew given the ship was wobbly and they still made the show very entertaining. The musical was also great, amazing singer, dancers and the musical selection was amazing. The disco night at the main promenade (deck 5) was probably the most exciting event! It was a little short but everyone had a great time. The live band (from Colombia) did an amazing job. The Kareoke events were not good, the host wasn't really entertaining and there weren't any sound design/assist to help all the singers. It sounded like they just pulled songs from Youtube Kareoke without any sound enhancement to make the singers sound a littler better. The Kareroke hostess wasn't good.

The dining crew were amazing from Sam (Head Waiter), Yoga (Assist. Waiter) and Erwin (Manager), they made our dining experience a memorable one.
Our Room Steward (Dika) is wonderful. He is very courteous, kind, helpful and always with a smile.
Ship Quality

The ship's layout was good, common areas were well maintained. However, there was one section of the ship that it smell sewer. It was in the cabin section on deck 8 opposite to side to where our room was at.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was great, the only callout was the room's temperature controller. My wife is going through menopause and since the ac had a set cold temperature we couldn't made the room a bit cooler. Other than this, the room was good.
The port had great shops. We did the Bamboo excursion and it was a disappointing experience. The excursion was advertised as a 4 hour tour. Everyone on the excursion timed the tour and it totaled 3hrs (including travel time to and from). The water at Bamboo resort was perfect, the food were not so good (the jerk chicken was served cold, everything on the plate was cold). However, the Bamboo excursion crew were courteous and funny. The only reason I am giving Falmouth a terrible rating is because of the Bamboo Resort experience, everyone on this excursion felt like bad advertisement, too some degree "a bait and switch".
