Main dinning had Raj and Karina. Raj paid attention to detail and made sure everything was always perfect and if not corrected it and then some immediately. Karina was very attentive and took the time to make a personal connection. They were both exceptional! Had the best steak with bernaise sauce for lunch in the dinning room.
Onboard Activities

Participated in a lot of name that tune, trivia and game shows. Felt that activities were all booked at the same time and you had to choose and then there were large chunks of time with nothing to do. This was especially true on the days at sea.
Entertainment

Headliner shows were great. Impact was phenomenal! The comedian was a little disappointing, not the quality they usually have.

Their customer service model needs to be used by other companies. Employees go above and beyond. Our cabin attendant, Iketut was wonderful. There were 2 employees that didn't quite measure up, don't remember theur names. One was in guest services, he really wasn't interested in helping resolve the situation. Eventually he would, but he prolonged the experience after waiting in a really long line. Both times I got him, the resolution was simple and there was no question he was going to have to do it in the first place. The second employee was in the dining room at breakfast on departing day. He was rude, lazy and screwed up the order to the point of putting meat on top if a vegetarian omelet. My son is vegetarian and could not eat it with all the meat juices all over his breakfast.

Layout and dedign is similar to their other ships, which makes it easy to find where you need to be. If you haven't cruised with them before, once you get your bearings, it is simple to fugure out.
