I was upgraded to ocean view with balcony and i love it. How ever the bed sofa was too hard almost like sleeping in the floor.

Glad you enjoyed it. Someone else on the same sailing said the ship was not ready for sailing, the food was not good, etc. It’s amazing how people on the same cruise can have completely opposite experiences or opinions.
