Review summary

The ship is outstanding in its appearance and layout. Enjoyed the food and restaurant service. When it comes to expecting assistance with other areas, such as buffet, unsteady conditions, or a hazard, don't expect anyone to respond except a fellow passenger.

Unaware that the door between our balcony and adjoining balcony was broken and reported three days earlier by the stateroom occupants, I fell backwards onto their deck and I am still in a lot of pain.

Location, Deck 8 is below the Lido buffet,pool deck. Walking, chairs and tables moving around could be heard early in AM to late PM making sleep difficult.

Pros: Beautiful ship, great itinerary, good food.

Cons: A few irresponsible crew and staff members who failed to follow through.

Irresponsibily can ruin a cruise!
