The ship is outstanding in its appearance and layout. Enjoyed the food and restaurant service. When it comes to expecting assistance with other areas, such as buffet, unsteady conditions, or a hazard, don't expect anyone to respond except a fellow passenger.

Unaware that the door between our balcony and adjoining balcony was broken and reported three days earlier by the stateroom occupants, I fell backwards onto their deck and I am still in a lot of pain.

Just right!

Location, Deck 8 is below the Lido buffet, pool deck. Walking, chairs and tables moving around could be heard early in AM to late PM making sleep difficult.

Pros: Beautiful ship, great itinerary, good food.

Cons: A few irresponsible crew and staff members who failed to follow through.

Recommends Eurodam? Yes!
