Everyone talks about how great the food is in a cruise, Was very disappointed in the selection and choice of places to eat.

Friendly and helpful staff both at the pier at embarkation/disembarkation as well as all shipboard staff!! The Port Shopping meeting was extremely helpful...got some great shopping deals from the Shore Excursion Manager (Michael)...he gave us great recommendations and special VIP pricing with store managers!! Great food & excellent service in the My Fair Lady Dining room!!!! The purchase of the Deluxe beverage package was perfect for my husband & I...used it and got to try daily specialty drinks as well as have wine & champagne at dinner every night...worth every penny!!

Ready for my next cruise! Enchantment of the Seas is a great boat for a first time cruiser or for a short getaway. Love the Royal Caribbean experience! The team members onboard are almost always super helpful and friendly.

Not sure how they call this a 5 day cruise when you have to be off the ship so early. I would like to say Marcel deck bar attendant and Marley/Christina in the casino bar were all exceptional.

The cruise director Bobby is the best Cruise Director in the world. Our cruise was AWESOME!!!

Thanks for an amazing time on our cruise. Me and my entire family had an awesome vacation. Bobby Broughton entertainment and activities were outstanding. All the staff were excellent. I’d like give a big shout out as well to Evelyn,Mark from my fair lady they provided excellent service. And Lyndell and Martha from deck 4 awesome housekeepers

It seams the ship it’s old and not in super condition but the service and the stafff made our experience wonderful.

I was a little disappointed in the food choice. I feel that if you have a movie night have snack and popcorn available.

Being that this is an older ship I understand why it lack better entertainment for cruisers, also, it need a cruise director that can bring more excitement.

Services and food was fantastic. Looking forward to booking my next cruise which will be longer, but still with royal caribbean.

Getting on and off the ship was the best I have ever experienced. The food was excellent and service was good. Ship was clean and well maintained. They definitely need more activities for those people like myself who don't gamble.

We had so much fun...we had 22 ...family and friends come on this cruise....there was alot to do on and off the ship. The staff is wonderful....the food at the buffet is good.

Crew was nowhere to be found when we needed them. Sometimes they were rude as well. 😑

Apparently there was a previous cruise right before us and staff rushed to get rooms cleaned and sanitized. Our cabin smelled like a public urinal, furthermore we had to complaint o guest services about the horrid smell that came from out restroom. They finally switched my room after so long. Not enough entertainment for the younger crowd either.

Service was terrific! For my first cruise experience it was amazing!

The music entertainment could have been a little better.

Noisy Room 3610 assigned. It was below ladies room, and it was non-stop noise until 12 AM.

Best time extremely impressed with the staff and organization of everything. It made for an awesome experience. Especially our wait staff I dining room and maid for the room so nice and accommodating. We all felt special!!
