The ship was clean, the service was excellent, the activities were ongoing and creative, the food was good and plentiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, especially ford who Took very good care of us! The one thing i didn’t like was the last night of the cruise myself and 9 of our friends and a few people we didn’t know were sitting on deck 5 in the chairs at 9:30 at night. Staff came to collect the chairs and when we asked why he said he was preparing for a power wash at 11:30. The power wash didnt happen until 5 am friday morning. In my opinion we were still cruising on a cruise we paid for and were not able to enjoy deck 5 the smoking area. There was no other place to smoke except deck 9 by the pool and it was very loud. Would have been nice to relax in a quiet spot with our friends.

I would recommend this enjoyable cruise. Royal Caribbean does a fantastic job!

Needs better entertainment onboard for adults and kids. Parties ended too early. Great staff!

Booked this 4 day/3 night cruise out of Orlando for my husband's birthday (weekend). We normally sail 8 days/7 nights but this was a GREAT "mini" cruise. The port in Orlando was the very BEST. No waiting whatsoever to board or exit the ship. We reserved 3 excursions....Blue Lagoon in Nassau, Deluxe Cabana in Cococay and Airboat in Orlando. I was not too impressed with the excursion in the Blue Lagoon. Probably should have reserved the VIP one instead of the beach break. Very crowded on this beach. They do offer a Dolphin excursion that looks amazing so I would recommend reserving that one. The BEST excursion for us was in Cococay. Not only did we have a private cabana (with floating mats, water and towels) but we also had a private buffet, private bar and private beach. Was the BEST of our trip. Unfortunately, the air boat excursion which included transportation back to the airport was canceled. This totally messed up our itinerary. Nonetheless, a GREAT cruise.

We did have a great cruise! First RCCL and we will probably be Loyal to Royal!

For disembarkation, the fastest way to get off the boat is to take your own luggage with you. We docked at 7:00 am and I was in my car at 7:30 am.

Perfect cruise, small boat but was still fun! Perfect small vacation getaway! First RCCL and certainly not the last! Have cruise sith DCL, norwegian and Carnival and RC did not disappoint!

For a family cruise I had a very good time. The cruise staff has been very accommodating. We had My-time dining setting and the dining room staff was outstanding and our meal was always served very warm. The concierge service was another avenue that was second to none.

Nice mid size ship. Mother n law first cruise & she ready for the next. Didn't get lost. The electronic wall navigation was 👍. Was sold out ship. Good weekend getaway & really like the pool deck layout. Staff friendly. Would sail again. Was a busy time.

We booked a suite on the eighth floor. My advice stay away from the eighth floor. There is a constant dumping on the ceiling from people walking on the pool deck and the grinding of chairs against the floor all day/night. We have taken many Royal Caribbean Cruise is. Never had an experience like this. It was terrible. We had our two-year-old granddaughter and the milk spoiled because the refrigerator didn’t work, they brought in a mini refrigerator that also didn’t work, and when we requested ice they failed to bring it! The bathroom smelled like a sewer,

Definitely a cruise for "older people". Not for millenials. Food was ok. Entertainment was ok. Room was ok. Ports were good. Will choose a newer ship next time.

First time cruiser. Going into this, already knew Enchantment was an older ship, but I think a great intro to cruising. I booked this in January, so I had months to read reviews. I was a little worried about the food, but to me it was great. Both the Windjammer and My Fair Lady dining room. We did the mytime dining and didn’t have reservations. It never took more than a few minutes to be seated. The crew treated us very well, everyone smiled and said hello. They work very hard, we did the “All Access Tour” and it was well worth it. Let’s you see the behind the scenes and very informative. The only reason why I didn’t rate it was 5 stars was the entertainment. The comedian the first night wasn’t a fan. Okay comedy is subjective.The second night went to the dancing/singing performance. They picked some of the least popular broadway songs. My favorite was the “Top Notch Band” that played in the Centrum every evening. All in all I would definitely go again.

Great service, great food, great shows! Grandson who is 9 stated "best vacation ever!"
