Review summary

This was probably one of the best cruises I have been on! The ports of call were excellent and we had a relaxing wonderful time. The service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. This was the smallest ship I have been on, but it was great I really don’t have anything negative to say.

This went very smooth! First time out of Tampa, and it was great! Super friendly staff!

Food and Dining

We ate dinner every night in the main dining room. I had read several negative comments and was skeptical but we tried it anyway. I was extremely pleased with our experience! Food was always hot and very tasty. No complaints! We ate breakfast, and sometimes lunch in the Windjammer, food was always hot, and very good and a great selection.

Onboard Activities

We did not use the climbing wall or the fitness center but my family did use the pools and the hot tubs. They were very clean and there were plenty of chairs.

Entertainment

We went to one musical and a magic show. We also listen to the music that was in the centrum daily as our room was close to the opening to be able to hear and see everything. We were extremely impressed with all of the shows that we seen, and the music that we heard it was excellent.

Children's Programs

This year my youngest granddaughter decided to try adventure ocean. She was so excited that she went every time they opened excellent program for kids.

I cannot say enough about the service that we received on this ship. It was phenomenal.

After reading several negative comments, I was a bit nervous about this ship. But after we got on, and started looking around, I was totally amazed at the cleanliness and the shape of this ship for its age. I believe it’s always better to find out for yourself!

Cabin / Stateroom

The room had tons of storage, which was great! The only negative I have is the shower, which I have read many negative comments about being an older ship they have a shower curtain so water was on the floor most nights as well as a shower curtain, sticking to you in the shower

Disembarkation

After returning back to Tampa, we found out that we were docking in a different spot than where we left from. This caused some problems as our car was parked at another terminal. Inside, we were told that there were buses to take us to the parking lot, but when we got outside the buses were only going to the airport. After standing outside for about an hour, buses finally showed up. They were not scheduled to take us to the parking lot, which is why they were not there when we got off the ship. Somebody messed up somewhere.

We were on the Enchantment so long ago in 2009. Loved it. So glad yo hear it’s still doing great. We started cruising in 1999 and our last cruise was in Nov 2019. Ten cruises and loved them all. Because of health problems for both of us now,don’t know if we’ll be able to go again. Hope all you healthy people will all enjoy your cruises and hope we keep hearing great reviews.

Apparently the return change of terminal is a thing in Tampa. Same happened to us in December on Radiance. We walked to garage that was a few blocks away from terminal
