Review summary

Very old ship rust and dirty Not a lot to do Bar service by pool very very rude Food not as good a caliber as on larger ships Boarding and debarking were awesome Only seen one show Kids area took an eaSy 30 minutes to drop Off and pick up as all Was On paper system and only one entrance to room AWFUL need to upgrade Had issue with billing and had to call Four times and stand in line twice to fix even though they said they would call me and fix it. Drink package worth it Viking lounge music more “ghetto” music then music you could dance to and behaviors allowed There was not appropriate

Enchantment Sailing - May 2019

Ship was small and out dated to me. There accounting system sucks. The night before we get back. We go down and close out our account. And cut the cards off so no more charges. They to be pull out of line because the cards where never cut off.
