You can request one but if it’s for medication they will bring you a portable electric fridge for that purpose. It’s a little loud but I didn’t mind at all as I sleep with the sound of a loud fan every night anyway.

Balcony and up only. However, I'd you want bring a small soft side cooler with you and asked your cabin steward for ice, most of the time they will so fresh ice twice a day.

No refrigerators (fleetwide?), electric coolers are available in balconies and suites on Enchantment

We had one in our Junior Suite. It kept drinks cool not cold.
