License and Birth Certificate is always subject to interpretation and involves risk of a negative determination. Technically the photo reciept serves as your DL until you receive your Real ID compliant license.

They gave mine back with a punch hole, and a paper copy. Try to contact your Royal Caribbean Customer services, Hope this will help.
