Used Princess EZ Air,, that turned into a real debaucle and will take up issues with Delta Airlines. Princess met our usual expectations for cruising venue, service and staff and far exceeded the CDC guidelines for COVID. While this was a horrible experience for all, both passengers, crews, service and ownership (we do hold stock), thank you for ridding the really unnecessary crap but improving what needed to be done anyway. Sail on!
Embarkation

quick and fairly easy though lines were a bit disorganized by port staff, not Princess
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Excellent service by head waiter Ivan (Montenegro) and Adolfo (Acapulco) in anytime dining. Cleanliness was superb all over the entire ship, dining, buffets, etc.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Lots of folks desiring to play bridge, mahjong, etc. However, the cheapest cards and playing items were provided. Asked about better from the casino and they no longer will sell decks, even the ones used and clipped or punched no longer available. It reeks of CHEAP.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
some were fair, others excellent!!!!
Children's Programs
don't think there was anyone under 21 on the ship!
Service and Staff

Superior and friendly and wishing to please
Ship Quality

Similar layouts of so many other Princess fleet ships but new demur colors are soft and appealing. Every common area was spotless and staff constantly cleaning.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfortable, easy to handle two people, wish they had installed (during construction) more cabinets or shelving in the desk area. Hair dryer in desk was silly. Need better ventilation for the poor refrigerator. Also phone connections near bedstands would have been nice.
Been here three previous visits. This time chose to remain by walking around town, visiting the local shops and churches. Port has improved for cruise passengers. Always recommend local guides...they are great.
Kind of a tough call...not a lot going on but took excursion down to Quimper. Believe this to be one of the first cruise ships to arrive since pandemic...folks now adjusting to cruisers in the towns.
Did Normandy D-day....excursions was very hurried. Would like to have had more time, guess a land trip would be better. This was my revisit from 50 years ago with father who was on Omaha Beach......
Best of Copenhagen tour was great, thanks to Rosbert, cruise excursion officer who made this one happen. Copenhagen is a very pretty, old but clean city. we stayed two full days longer.
Pretty standard for Princess....however, this is a good time to state dissatisfaction with the very disorganized manner in which one leaves the ship for any and all excursions....nuts. Again, believe this was a fist for many ports and vendors who are just "waking up" after a two year lull. Certainly this needs improvement.s
