Review summary

This is a small and older ship but the cleanliest and staff was great! We loved Cuba and Cococay! The port of Miami is less to be desired. It's crowded, very confusing as there are no signs stating where ships are docked, check in was terrible.

The lady at check in had a bad attitutde. She would walk away mumbling, didn't understand the rules and regulations and didn't seem she even cared to learn. She forgot to give us our room keys.
