Yes, we always make sure the view is clear when we get a ocean view or a balcony. However, sorry for your experience.

Wow I was on this cruise and thought the food (and MDR staff) was some of the best we have experienced in 14 cruises. As for the view, it’s very easy to do a little research and know that this ship (the smallest in the fleet and a design anomaly) has less than optimal views from the rooms unless you book one of the few balconies. Sorry you were let down this time, but try again, I’m sure you will find the right for for you.
