The cruise was really nice but I would like to give a poor review for

Embarkation

I had no idea about which terminal I should go I could not find the exact information from any email So I had to park my car at wrong place which charged me 8$ and then asked to anyone how to get on the board. I was trying to contact with Pliceline for several times before I got the port but everytime I had to wait more than 30 minuits and I had never kept in touch with my represantative, Tiffany On the phone we had today, Tiffany said she left me the voice mail for several times but I could not check it because I really have no idea how to check it there was no even alarm about that on my phone. As she said, I had to learn how to check it like other people as I am leaving in the US But since I had no opportunity to learn it, How I supposed to know it? And how other international clients or people who are not used to English or American culture supposed to keep in touch with the representative and get the information that they really need? Tiffany’s explain just kind of hurt me. However, except for the embarkation, accepting my order and explaination about the trip are great. I know Tiffany would have had hard time to understand my English on the phone but she was very patient. I just want to suggest that think of other ways to make sure keep in touch with those international clients like sending back email or leaving message to confirm whether there is any thing the customer need urgently. I belive Pliceline can those things at least.
