Review summary

This cruise was the worst cruise I've ever taken based on service and sanitation in your dining areas. I would NEVER recommend your line to anyone based on the lack luster service and the opportunity that I have given your organization over the last 2 months to reply to my calls and other written communication that I've sent to you. AT this time I feel we are due 75% of our cruise funds back.

This information was discussed in detail while on the ship with one of the officers at your front desk. It was additional discussed with a customer service specialist on the phone who was less than understanding or even gave an apology. Furthermore it was booked through for you and I've spoken to the agent there, Karen, and she has also indicated that your customer care specialist has not gotten back as well. I feel that due to the circumstances and the conditions of the food and service in each of your food/beverage venues that our group of 15 should be reimbursed at least %75 of our fare. I have asked to be contacted by leadership through your customer service team and they indicated to me that due to the fact that we were off the ship that it was no longer anything that they could do about what happened. That they should have issued something on the ship. That is such garbage and bad policy.

Once again the service in the lounges was less than desirable. Several time we had to go and get our on beverages while the staff were busy socializing.

See comments above and pull my information on my pervious calls and discussion with the officer on ship. The issue was not only in Food and Beverage but in the merchandise area as well. I would like to speak to someone in more detail regarding these issue. It doesn't cost anything to deliver service to an on board guest. There was little or no service in the public areas. I must say, you are very thorough and civilized in your review. I wish you had a better experience...but the odds now are that your next one will be better

I understand where you are coming from. Good luck with any kind of a rebate. Doubtful if two months have passed with no response.

Cruise line will never see this post. If you haven't heard from them, I am thinking your answer is no, you will get nothing back.
