Review summary

We called both United cruise and Royal Caribbean many times to cancel the trip because of the Hurricane Matthew; however, they don't allow us and still went out the next day.  Instead of going to Key West, they went to Nassau, Bahamas when they got hit with the Hurricane.  Many places are closed, damaged and no power. Very depressing.  Nothing to see or do over there. The cruise ship is outdated. The cabin room and bathroom is small.  On the United cruise website, it said we will get $50 statement credit; however, we couldn't get it because they said we have to call the agent which they didn't mention on the website.

Any time you book through another party, and not direct, you have to go through the other party. Kinda basic rule of traveling.
