Embarkation

Still a slow process getting through security and customs, but after that is was smooth getting room keys and onboard!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The buffet had a massive overhaul. The food was delightful and the drinks were good!

Crown Grill

5 out of 5

Soooooo good!!!! The selection of food is amazing. Worth the extra cost!!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots to do, even on a short cruise. Take a chance and try the trivia games!! Super fun!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Funny comedian, Mike Eddie, and great music.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Would love to be a kid again. The teen and youth centers are amazing and keeps everyone engaged.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The room steward was nice when meeting him, but never saw him after the first day! He did a great job in the rooms, just kept busy that we never ran into him. Lol everyone was fabulous and accommodating. Traveling with people with food allergies, we learned how diligent the kitchen crew are in preparing foods to ensure no cross contamination of those foods. It was amazing!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
New carpet in the hallways and many upgrades.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Those beds are amazing and the balcony was clean! New flat screen tv as the ship moves to become medallion ready. The shower had a hole in the neck pipe and no carpet replacement in the room, but it everything was clean!

Ship tip

Don’t be afraid to do lunch in the sit down dining room or try room service. There are some amazing food options available and you don’t want to miss out!

Ports of call

Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia

5 out of 5
Gorgeous. Vancouver is a lovely city and the accessibility to the pier is through downtown, which can be slow, but lots to see!

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Easy access out and it is a shipping yard, so not much of a view except watching the cranes move containers.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Due to the heavy customs in Vancouver, we literally walked off the ship in LA. No customs there and no issues with long lines exiting!

Opened the doors between balconies!!
