Review summary

Sick the 1st 6 days due to Gastroenteritis. Wasn't able to leave ship until Hilo, HI. Confined to stateroom for 24 hours. Five minute visit to the Dr was exorbitant $ wise.

Hopefully you had travel insurance. A friend had a similar situation recently and the medical bill on the ship was $2700. Fortunately, insurance covered it. I have never been one to buy it until now, Stories like this changed my opinion on the matter. Hopefully you next cruise will be the best ever. Glad you are doing better.
