Review summary

please make sure you bring medication for sea sickness. 10 days on the boat towards & from hawaii with limited activites was a waste of time. the boat was too rocky to swim, the weather was too cold to sunbathe. once on the hawaiian islands, you only get 1/2 days in most ports, and even then, there is not much to do on the island itself. you spend most of the time waiting for a shuttle or a taxi to get you to destinations. What they should do is scrap the 1/2 day ports and spend more time in Honolulu instead - where it is more toursity and you get more time to explore the island.

I actually loved the sea days to/from Hawaii! There were plenty of things to do...karaoke, trivia, or poolside fun. That is if you wanted something to do...because I also appreciated just being disconnected for a few days and relaxing on my balcony or at the spa (world class spa). Loved it @davidsgirl42 I did the helicopter tour in Hilo and it was amazing! I would have done it on all islands if I could afford it 😂. It will be gorgeous in Kauai

We are also going in February for our 25th anniversary! We have only been on 7 day cruises and can’t wait for this cruise.

Going in February and was kinda concerned about the long days at sea, but looking forward to just chilling, reading, not working and enjoy every moment. If it’s cold, we’ll be ready, we don’t usually get seasick but long days at sea, might be wise to have something just in case . We have great excursions planned, in Kauai taking a plane ride over the island then explore the rest of the day! We are super excited!! February can’t come soon enough 🌸

I’m sure you can find things to do each day on such a big ship.
