Review summary
Luciana cristina DoVale, customer service agent with her not so friendly nor apologetic attitude for sending us all over the ship just to up grade from our soda card to the all beverage card, than called me rude. They would not give clear instructions what we needed to do so it would have been one trip, very unhappy with them. I will see if we get the 75.00 returned on our card that cheap cruises said they will give. The food staff and our room was well taken care of. Just not a very friendly customer service crew.

If this was a promo Cheap Cruises was doing by returning $75 back to your account after the cruise, you may want to contact them as opposed to sitting and waiting for it. My agent offers the same type promo BUT when we return home from the cruise, we have to fax them our entire final folio in order to get the refund.
