Review summary

I am am avid cruiser and mainly travel on Royal Caribbean and occasionally celebrity. The service I received on those ships are sooo much better than here. The only great customer service experience we had was our waiters at dinner and that was sub par. I was disappointed as I heard so many great things about princess but didn't see it. I did like the ship activities and layout. The only drawback is that there are no indoor pools. The room attendant seemed aggravated if he came by the room and you were still there and he wanted to clean it. I don't know if I would travel princess again. Even the food was just OK. Def do the chocolate massage that was fantastic.

We were also disappointed but we did have a blast with our waiters at dinner. Princess Cays was a big letdown.

Sailed Royal Caribbean 4 month ago , 14 nights , standards have plummeted, holiday camp at sea . Will be on the Emerald in June our 4th Princess ,my fear is all cruise companies now view us paying passengers some what differently????

We were on the Emerald Princess for a 16 day transatlantic cruise. One of the best cruises I have had. We saw the captain several times during the cruise, asking how everything was going and if we had everything we needed. With so many sea days the cruise director and staff was fantastic and all the passengers were having a great time with them. Many theme nights, games and trivia that all the cruise directors were part of. So much fun and the itinerary was what we booked the cruise for, but all the staff made the trip for us

We are interested to see the difference too. We also mainly cruise with RC. Tried Carnival, never again! Would like to try Celebrity too. A Shane you didn't enjoy it. We are on Sapphire Princess in 7 weeks. We shall see 😏
