Disney is okay. If you've got a little one that you want to have a magical time, go for it. Otherwise, as an adult group, this was WAY overpriced for what we got. I just don't think it's worth the 50% up-charge over a similar Royal Caribbean cruise.
Embarkation

Smooth, very little wait and walked right in.

Food and Dining

I have a food allergy that they took seriously enough, but the quality of the food I was presented was just okay. Palo went out of it's way to provide an amazing meal, but it didn't really make up for the lack of options in the buffet or dining rooms.

The trivia host, Jo, was fantastic.

I had great interactions with all of the staff. No issues.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
It was okay, having most of the adult areas to one end was nice, but still had kids running through. The spa being under a deck led to 'herds of elephants' going overhead while trying to relax.
Cabin / Stateroom

Spacious, loved the blackout curtains that separated the two halves of the room and the two bathrooms, one with a sink/shower, the other with a sink/toilet. The toilet had to be fixed though, it wasn't running properly and sewer gasses one day were pretty bad smelling. Once it was fixed, it was fine. Steward was very good and had no complaints about any of the ship's employees.
Ship tip
If you've got kids that you want to have a magical experience, go Disney. For an adult cruise, there's not enough to justify the significant upcharge Disney has over other cruise lines.
We went Disney when our kids were little, then tried another once they were adults, THEY now only want Disney. Quality superior- seafood and steaks in dining room and on buffet is what they love!
Sounds like good advice. I was also thinking to make sure the little one is old enough to appreciate it and remember it. I suppose your own memories are worth something also. Where can you find a Disney cruise for only 50% higher?
