Disney is in control of everything you do, I always tell people that on a cruise you can do as much as you want when you want, but on a Disney cruise the decide when you eat and when you see a show. You felt more like a prisoner than a guest

Parking Garage was closed was told to park at another garage, was sent to the wrong garage.

Almost all the dinners were mediocre at best and the food was never hot and the beef was dry and tough.

The ship really showed its age with rust and in some area being blocked off why the tried welding part of the area by the adult pool.

Cast members were great but I saw so many of them on their phones while working.

Ship was clean but very wore out, cushions stained and ripped, up on the pool deck.

Our housekeeper Robi was great but the couch and dressers have seen better days!

It's funny. We had the same experience. We always wanted to do a disney cruise and finally did back in December. It was hands down the worst cruise we've taken, with the highest price tag. The food was just eh, children's options were so minimal. We've done carnival and princess mostly. Even a royal (not a fan of them either) but we love carnival and especially princess. Think it's funny how many people act like Disney is the best of the best. But too us, we'll still to thur cheaper cruise lines that provide better overall everything. Thank you for your feedback.
