Review summary

Never again will we do a Disney Cruise. It was a huge disappointment. Will take my family on another cruise line.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Everyone was very friendly for our embarkation. They welcome each family onboard and all families are ready to have an amazing time and very excited!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Terrible!! Service was VERY poor! We didn’t get a dinner served as a family until the 4th night. The 4th night our service was AMAZING and everything you’d expect from Disney. The show at rapunzels was great.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were smaller than expected. 2 slides aboard the ship and sometimes a 45 minute wait. Lots of activities do kids (kids club) but lacked on adult activities. Show times were very inconvienant for families with young children. If you had early dinner (5:45) your show didn’t start until 8:30. If you had last dinner your show was before. No way to enjoy a show and get young children to bed at a normal child’s bedtime.

Entertainment

Unable to attend shows due to timing

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Kids loves kids club. Most of the staff was very friendly and lots for them to do. Very safe/secure.

Service and Staff

Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice cabin! Better than previous ships we had been on.

Ship tip

Don’t expect “Disney” level service because you will end up disappointed.

Seaaquarium was amazing!

George Town, Grand Cayman

We just walked around and did some shopping. Very clean and people were friendly and it felt very safe.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

3 out of 5
Not much for young children to do. Slides that you see in TV at ad are over 10ft deep.

Disembarkation

Happy to be home! Getting off the ship was organized and easy
