Review summary

We've been on 50 cruises and we are in total shock. Wrote a letter to CEO of Disney Cruise line. Got a call today from one of his staff. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses. Didn't even address most of the things in the letter. After 17 crusies with Disney we are calling it quits. Going on the Wonder to say goodbye to everyone and then canceling our 6 others we have schecule. I'm only one person and they really don't care to make it right. Goodbye Disney!!!!

Pros: Limo ride from the airport

Cons: Disney has lost it's touch on making things right!! All they care about is the $$$$$. Wrote a letter and they had excuses after excuses. Crew doesn't seem happy. Crew talks down to people. Maintenance done all day with a jack hammer and grinder!! Couldn't use our balcony.
