Review summary
We have a Disney Vacation Club membership and traded for this cruise. We're in our 50's and no children went with us--were worried that Mickey would be running all over the ship. Were pleasantly surprised. They had times and places for the characters to be seen and photographed. Two best bargains on ship for adults only: 1. "Rainforest" was $75/person for whole week--sign up early and enjoy. 2. "Palo's" Restaurant--$10/person to upgrade. If you can't get reservations go up 1st day to restaurant and put name on waitlist--Came thru 3 times! Yummy!! Was well worth the $20/couple. Food was superior to dining rooms. We even got dressed up and went to the bar inside "Palo's" for a drink and they asked if we wanted to stay for dinner--of course, we said yes. Our feeling on room selection is go for the inside and spend the money on other things. Definitely recommend to people with children, but also to those without.Pros: The gym and spa. The "Rainforest" had thermal chairs, sauna and steam rooms. Very relaxing
Cons: If you had late dinner seating, would have to make it a point to see shows before you ate. Didn't seem as lively at night as other ships. No casinos.
