Review summary

It was our first cruise. We were a bit concerned because it was Disney and we were unsure about having many children on the ship. We worried for nothing. The children's activities were isolated from the adults down to the swimming pools. Opting for the late seating spared us from the majority of the younger children. The staff was unbelievably professional and friendly. The entertainment was over the top. Cleanliness was not to be believed. The ship was run in the most efficient safe manner that one could imagine. We booked our next cruise before we were finished with this one. Whether you have children or not, you will not be disappointed.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
OMG! That sums up the dining experience. More food than I ever imagined and it never stops coming. The dining times were fine, except we were the last seating in the second session. Most nights it was after 10:00 before we were finished. If you do nothing else, book Palos for the brunch....

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The stage shows are not to be believed they are so good. The adult night club and lounge seemed to die off after midnight, but the staff stayed as long as there was even one guest in order to provide dance music. Too many party pooper adults.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
No one was ever seen without a smile. They were patient and very eager to talk about the ship, give sugestions on excursions or inform us about the entertainment.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship looked brand new. The restaurants and spa rival any 5 star resort. Staff was always cleaning or doing minor touchups. The public rest rooms looked as if they were never used.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The stateroom was larger than I expected. We had a level 5 verandah. There were 2 bathroom sinks and separate toilet areas. The bath tub was large enough for me to have a wonderful bath!

Pros: Guest service in all areas was superb.

Cons: No character breakfast.
