Review summary

From the very begining it was a real vacation. We drove up to the gate at Port Canaveral and were greated by the most professional and friendly people to help us through the booking process. Our first site of the ship was from a distance but up close it is a true work of art. A very short wait at the port and we were called onto the ship and greeted like we were the only people there. The staff was caring and honestly concerned for our well being.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
WOW! Our waiters were the best. The overall food quality was very good. Lots of differant things to try and the fresh fruit was unreal. Our waiters made sure we knew the right places to be like which side the fireworks were launched from and the best view to see the ports of call from. Don't plan on being on a diet on this ship.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows were some of the best Iv'e seen land or sea. I felt like a kid again and to be honest got a little choked up. We are talking about Disney you know. So much to do so Mom and Dad gets a shedual and kids get thier own.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
This is Dinsey and it shows! Our Daughter was able to get some kid time at the Oceaners Lab but when she wanted to be with us we got the page and were connected. It was great for her and for us. We were able to have some quiet time laying out in the sun while she hung out with kids her age. The staff was very kind and caring when my daughter was effected by a touch of sea sickness. My daughter made freinds she still stays in touch with. I was very impressed with the amount of kids activities available.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
One server on a buffet line said something negitive to another staff member and was quickly corrected by a supervisor and asked to step in back to be counselled. The only vacation Iv'e taken where I paid more than the recommended gratuities and didn't mind at all.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ships layout was a little confusing at first but we quickly got to know our area and the important places to be at. It seemed like the ship was under constant cleaning, maintinance and improvement.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It seemed like the ship was under constant cleaning, maintinance and improvement. Our room was an inside stateroom and was very well put togeather and perfect for two adults and one child. This is the way to go if you don't plan on spending much time indoors. Our cabin attendant worked very hard to make us happy and everything was always ship shape. Always stocked with ice, fresh towels and cleaned but we never saw him....spooky!

Pros: Staff, Food, Shows, Castaway Cay

Cons: Can't Think of Anything
