Review summary

This was fun, but I still think it's expensive. I'd love to do another one, but it'll be a while to save that type of money up again.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was very fast.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The first 3 night the food was not that great on the main dining rooms. The buffet was good. The last 3 nights the maon dining rooms got a boost and the food was much better.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Disney Cruise Line had the most activities that I have ever seen on a ship. The had Broadway quality shows, fireworks, crafts, magic shows, game shows, a percussion show, and trivia to name a few. The kids club had Thor come in and we even watched an original play along with some Disney favorite.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
I really enjoyed the R&B singer Mr. Saddiq and the violinist even played the Game of Thrones theme song. The characters were put all the time for photos.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Disney had the best laid out kids club I have ever seen. My son loved the Star Wars room the most because of all the buttons. The hand washing stations were cool too.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Jeremias was a wonderful stateroom attendant. Shakira was wonderful in the dining halls. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was beautiful and the detective game was good for helping you learn your way around the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I've never liked inside cabins but this one was nice. It was a little larger than most and I loved the characters coming by on the porthole.

Ship tip

Check out the adults only side of the ship. It was nice.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
It's a busy port of course.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
I love the people in Cozumel. They are always friendly. Of course it's super hot there

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
I liked the local shopping right by the port.

Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island)

5 out of 5
It was okay. I like that you could do the 5k and get a Mickey mouse "medal". The food was amazing. Not much else.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very quick and organized.

Thank you for your review..I agree with you .. this is our first Disney Cruise and it is not for the “faint of wallet”🥹😂. I am looking forward to sharing the excitement of my 7 grandchildren ages 3-15. It will be a while before I spend this much on a cruise again. We chose to go concierge because we were told the service and perks are impeccable.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sometimes it’s worth the extra cost to achieve the “Disney” experience. Glad you enjoyed your cruise.
