I’m not a Disney fanatic but I loved how clean the boat was, loved the service and loved no drunk 20 something’s roaming about. This is a family cruise and I would do it again in a heart beat. My advice is try to go off season like we did, ALOT cheaper and the boat was only 2/3 full. If I did not have a Celebrity Cruise booked in February I would be on another Disney cruise this winter. Plan on going on another one during the same time as again it is cheaper. Great time HIGHLY RECOMMEND DISNEY. Oh don’t forget to book a cruise place holder on board for $250 and you will save 10% when you book your next cruise! Oh great now I want to book the Galveston Cruise in January after writing this review!

So easy so very very easy. Waited in line 5 minutes then boom 💥 on the boat.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Top notch. Loved eating at the 3 main dining rooms, it was like a speciality restaurant every night. Service was great too.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Plenty to do, we like trivia and the spa. Though I must say the pools were pretty busy on sea days. Disappointed in the Rainforest Room in the Spa it was small and the chairs were filled most of the time we went.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Great shows! We saw Frozen, Aladdin and Believe (loved Frozen and Aladdin top notch, Believe was so so with the story line so did not like as much). These were Broadway style shows, so well done and I am not a theater fan though my kiddo is and she loved them!
Children's Programs
Did not use
Service and Staff

There is an old saying you get what you pay for, yes we paid a bit more then a NCL or Royal Cruise but the staff was superb! Our attendant for the room Darcy was the bomb, so nice so friendly amazing job. The restaurant staff was great too and honestly all the staff was polite and happy.

Cabin / Stateroom

Huge room, enough room for the 3 of us and my kiddo loved the Disney/Marvel movies she could watch on demand.
Ship tip
Boo: your excursions early due to an issue with my travel agent at Harr Travel (would NOT RECOMMEND HARR as terrible communication, just book directly with Disney) we missed out on the Cozumel ruins but we booked thru Viator and had an amazing tour and it was just my family which made it so special). So boom early. Also the Spa was just ok kinda small if I had a DeLeoran and could go back in time would not have purchased the Rainforest Room as it was tiny and we did not have as much time to use it as was sooo busy with other activities.
We took a taxi and went to a beach (we went to the same beach Disney used for their excursion and saved a ton of Sacajawea’s by taking a cab bus for $5 per person and going to the beach. Seven Mile was nice but busy as an NCL and MSC boat was in port so this made he beach club busy but it was still nice.
We went on a a Disney Excursion to a beach club, it was nice and the folks were nice. The port was expensive though and the salespeople were pushy. Nice port none the less and clean and safe.
Thanks for sharing! We also cruise with Disney and Royal Caribbean mostly. I would say the line is starting to blur a bit when comparing Royal’s newest ships, but I do also notice cleanliness and service is top notch on Disney. It’s also amazing on Royal, but not every time imo.
Oh and sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Harr Travel. We love them and highly recommend
