Nice trip with some ups and downs. Overall, recommend Disney Cruise Line for their customer service. Very detailed to kids and adults, families in general. Good experience and would do it again!!

Food and Dining

Dining staff made this trip extra special. They were really prepared and knew their menu well. Very attentive to details and always ready to attend to 4 kids in my party and 5 adults. Excellent service!!
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The slide around the ship was the highlight for the kids. Truly enjoyed it! Trivia night was a hit for them too. Pirate night was lots of fun with the party on the outside. Youth clubs were a must. Walking deck on 4 was a deal for me! Overall, something to do for everyone.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Aladdin and Frozen were a big hit on the ship! Wished they had a show every night, but there were other things to do. Comedy shows, some dancing, etc.
Children's Programs

Kids loved the youth clubs and the shows.

All clean and well kept. Staff is nonstop on keeping up with the Disney mark on cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We had a deluxe inside stateroom. The extra space was much needed. There was no view to the outside, but at times we had a live view of the outside on the screen. Kids enjoyed the special characters that popped up from time to time on the screen. The room was clean, well kept with enough space for 2 adults, 2 kids.
The Mariachis are losing out at this port. Having the local music at this port would make it extra special. Took an independent excursion through Tortugas Jeep and it was the greatest time at Sabores de Cozumel. William made it so much fun and we learned a lot about the cultivation of agave to the making of tequila. Friendly people!!
Independent excursion to Seven Mile Beach, but beware at some of these places there’s no changing places so you must find your way.
Water is beautiful, calm, clear.
Loved, loved, loved the live band singing at the port. What made this experience the least liked is the excursion to Chukka Eco-Adventure Outpost at Good Hope. The place had non-working toilets, the water in the pool area didn’t look clean, people weren’t friendly, we didn’t get all the time in the tour and in the end we were overcharged, doubled. Had to fight the charge with Disney. Not the best experience, unfortunately.
To make this the biggest entrance, Mickey and Minnie should be at the port greeting guests as they come in. The place is beautiful, the Disney staff was great, the lunch delicious! I found the staff handing out the gear annoyed that we were asking for snorkeling gear and we weren’t familiar with it as it was my husband’s first snorkeling experience. The staff at the non-Disney shops really seemed unbothered and non-caring towards the Disney guests. Was really bothered that I had to pay for each of the floating devices, doughnut and mat at Castaway. Strongly believe it should all be included.
Thank you about the heads up on the Jamaica excursion. Sorry to hear that people are having those experiences. Glad to know you had a great trip otherwise!
