Review summary

It was a great first cruise. Celebrating my 40th and my mom’s 60th. We picked DCL because both my son and I are avid Disney fans and go to the parks yearly. My son spent most of his days at the Edge. On sea days my mom and I spent our day at the Rainforest. Absolutely best first cruise ever, from food, to service, to cleanliness, to entertainment.

We booked through a third party company for an all inclusive resort at Nachi Cocum. It was ok, but not much to do for a 12 year old, more geared towards families with you get children. The food was ok.

Booked through resort for day for Jewel Beach all inclusive resort. They offered buffet breakfast and lunch with made to order grilled items. Tropical fish could be seen from the shore, without having to venture out for snorkeling.
