Review summary

Wish they would have stayed on top of our concierge service that we paid for. Started fine at the airport, but dropped the ball when we got to the port. If you book concierge service, make sure to have a change of clothes for when you get on the ship, we didn't take our bathing suits for ourselves, but had them for the kids. Our luggage didn't make it to our room until it was time to go for supper.

Were placed in the regular line up, and after slowly making our way to the front I ask someone if this was the line for concierge guests, and they said no, and took us to a different area for concierge guests.

did the dolphin encounter, they don't let you take your own photos, but they sell you photo packages. Had to contact them once we got home, as not all of our pictures were in the online package, and still missing some pictures, but it's a little hard to remedy for home other than to leave a review.
