Review summary

Poor experience. Will never do again. Several issues occurred during this trip that will not encourage me to return. First the irons on the ship were defective and distroyed my gown. Guest services was not helpful. Finding broken glass in my cup was an unpleasant experience...

The embarkation experience was nice and th the introduction of the family.

The restaurants were nice and the servers were amazing! But the food lacked variety and flavor. Most of the drinks that came from the bar were hot and they served me a drink in broken glass.

Activities did not cater to the whole family. Teen activiti s were minimal to none and the activities only carer d to certain cultures.

The music was horrible other than the typical Disney songs. The entertainment was also only cater f towards a particular group of people.

My children enjoyed the clubs. But the nursery is a scam. They don't disclose that you have to pay for the nursery even though you have to pay for infants.

Other cruises cost half the price and are better. Unless you want to try Disney, I wouldn't spend the extra money.

Have sailed the dream many times and never had issues. We have used the irons on the dream many times don't think they are different from the fantasy.. we look forward to the fantasy in dec..
