Review summary

It is the special touches in customer service that make Disney special.  I have to say we have never cruised with any other line because we are afraid of being disappointed.  Our day in St. Thomas was very hot and humid.  When we returned to the ship they had a cart with cold wet hand towels to cool you off, and they had a station with 3 different kinds of water with fruit in them. Didn't see that at the other ships.  When going to our excursion that morning the lady from the boat told us to be sure and stay with her because we had to walk past another ship (people were milling around everywhere), and in her words, "they just aren't as organized as the Disney people."  Beautiful ship and great staff!

Ship tip

Be sure and go on top deck to watch the sun set at least once. Beautiful! Be sure and ask cast member ahead of time which side of deck 12 you should be on for the fireworks. Aqua Duck can block view if on wrong side.
