Review summary

This was the WORST cruise experience I have ever experienced. Food is bad, really, really bad. Service was not good. We had a pile of plates on our table and no one came. We paid more than 4K dollars for 3 days, my family is really disappointed with everything. Please don't spend your money here, use Royal Caribean or another cruise line. The notion that Carnival is way better is hilarious! Sailed Carnival once, never again. You do get what you pay for. We will stick with Disney and Royal. We have had nothing short of exceptional service with both lines.

I am sorry you had such a poor experience on the Disney Dream. Did you speak with anyone on the ship or call Disney Cruise Line when you returned? I am sure they would want to know about your bad trip. I have been on 9 Disney cruises, 7 on the Dream, and have not had anything close to the experience you have described.

I agree that Disney is more expensive, but their cruises are amazing. We sailed the Dream twice and had great experience. The food at the restaurants was great. The fast food on deck 11 is not good, but we only grabbed something there for a snack. Our servers on the first cruise were much better than the second, but can't complaint either way.

We cruised Disney 3x’s and loved all of them. Service was exceptional and food was top notch. But do have to agree it is expensive just for the Disney experience.

We loved our Disney cruise on the Dream. Yes it's expensive compared to other options. That's why I booked our upcoming cruise in June with RCCL. I would love to sail Disney again and would not hesitate to do so. Our experience was amazing. Great staff, ship is beautiful, and I thought the food was good. For the most part. Did have a couple of meals not to my taste. I'm sorry u had a bad experience. Just remember you can always find at least 1 that had a bad cruise on every ship every sailing. Don't let the 1 bad discourage you. It happens.

My daughter had an amazing birthday cruise yea rooms were a lil pricey for a 3 day but she had no complaints .. i did dream and want to try the other 3 jus once

The only reason I ever cruised with Disney is because I wasn’t the one paying. Absolutely not worth the insane cost.

I agree. Food was not good at all and our waiter was terrible . Very rude . I have done 2 norweigan ships and the food and service was so much better . Going on the escape this Sunday .

How did your children like it? That’s the main focus for a Disney Cruise. I wouldn’t cruise Disney without children. 🤪

You pay for a Mickeymouse operation and you recived a Mickey service. Just because it's Disney it's over rated just like there amusement park. You pay for the copyrights not the experience.
