Food was always good but by 4 we felt it a little repetitive. Would be lovely to have more options on the boat that are multi-cultural. Drinks were lovely and bartenders always had a great attitude, even when the lines were longer than usual.

Onboard Activities

Wish there were more options for family activities. I loved the kids club had a lot of fun scheduled for the kids but if there were other family-friendly activities that can be done with parents too, that would have been great also. Also, it would be great to have more than one pool that isn't 5ft deep. We enjoyed the smaller pool at the back of the ship because our kids could touch the floor. However, there were children there doing backflips and their parents were not paying attention. While there are no lifeguards, it would be helpful to have someone remind parents that that isn't allowed and is clearly marked with signs.

Our room steward (Henry - Caribe deck rm #333) was beyond amazing. Always helpful, kind, and had a lot of great advice whenever we needed it. He always said good morning and good night and our room was always ready whenever we needed it. He cleaned and organized our room to perfection twice every day, and took great care of our things. I made a casual mention that our kids were a little chilly one night and the next night, their beds were made with an extra blanket. He was absolutely lovely to us and our children.

It was the perfect amount of space for a family of four. Didn't feel crowded and the veranda was a great size. I felt very safe on it. Thank you also for normal-sized TVs! Our room was always clean thanks to Henry. One suggestion would be to provide a way to secure the wooden hangers. When the boat sways, they knock around a bit. I'm a light sleeper so I just put them on the floor to stop the noise but if there was a strap or something, that'd be great too!
