Overall great experience. The people are really what make or break a cruise for me and everyone was good overall. Some logistical improvements would improve the experience.

Food and Dining

I preferred the buffet to the dining rooms for the most part since I always seemed to choose the meal that was a super small portion.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Spa employees did not seem to know what specials were being offered as I would get a different answer from different people. Very frustrating. More information on the activity would have been useful as sometimes we wasted our time going to an activity we ultimately realized we weren't interested in and missed others we would have been interested in. Sometimes there was barely any time between one activity and the next. No one we asked knew about the Princess Prizes that was supposed to be offered and then later someone told us we had to pay to register but that wasn't written anywhere.
Entertainment

Unfortunately I didn't care for the shows put on by the theater. I preferred the guest act Takei and the farewell show.

Service and Staff

Assistant Cruise director Kelly was hilarious and energetic, Entertainment director (?) Lauren was funny and friendly, and Alexander and Desi in the dining room took great care of our group. One of my group had a conplicated allergy and even though she put what she could when she registered it didn't make it into their system. Shore excursion talks semi useful but delivered in a monotone. Wish I had the info she provided prior to the cruise in order to plan better.
Ship Quality

Great but there should be small orientation tours
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the medallion access. Outdated cabin. Wish there had been a way to turn off the motion sensor lights and to turn all the lights off at once when leaving the room.
Ship tip
Do research on the stops to decide what you want to do and then book an excursion.
We get there too early. If everything doesn't open until 9 or later then that's 2 hours of shore time lost. Island where the volcano is not really worth it but we did find a nice pottery shop. Should have gone to the gardens instead. Excursions too expensive.
Loved it! Definitely wish we had more time here or there was an option to overnight in Korea. Excursions were too expensive but we were able to make our way to the Gamchan village. Very touristy and offered lots of spots for great pictures. Unfortunately the excursion to the temple was too expensive and I didn't feel comfortable figuring it out by myself. Wish we had been given a paper with the pier info on it in Korean like we got in Kagoshima because we had a bit of a problem getting back to the pier with a taxi.
Unfortunately the one excursion we splurged on was not worth it. It was basically an overpriced shuttle. They drove us to a restaurant near the samurai houses for lunch and then we walked to the samurai houses. We had to rush through the first in order to get to the second one where we the owner was going to speak to us. Very cool overall to see if you've never done it but could have used more time in the first house which was the biggest.
