I know Princess will do nothing to compensate but here goes. WORST CRUISE EVERY, 3 hours to board, 3 hours to disembark, hot one hot meal, service at dining room, buffet and lounge areas non-exist.
HORRIBLE, worst every. If this was our first cruise it would be our last. Norwegian cruise line is starting to look better and better for future cruises.
I see the over all rating is a 2.1 which I believe is misleading as I see it includes the excursions and not just the ship related points, embarking, service on board and disembarking.

Three hours to board, had to carry our own luggage to the pick up point, other cruise porter takes luggage was soon as you show up to terminal.

Only positive service was our steward Dennis Nunez, every other waiter and cocktail server "poor at best" had to go to the bar or get our our water, coffee, juice and tea ourselves more time than severed by ship's crew.

Buffet areas need help. Supervisors just stood and did nothing to help staff when things got some what busy. I would have fired them in a heart beat based on the the work that they could have and should have been doing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward Dennis was outstanding the only positive thing of the cruise. Room was cleaned daily, towels supplied daily, vacuumed daily always a smile and good morning, afternoon or evening. Best steward every.
Ship tip
DON'T CRUISE ON THE DIAMOND PRINCESS WORST CRUISE EVERY. 16 days not one hot meal and ever, ever poor service.
Three hours to disembark, no to mention that we had a noon flight and were given a 9:35 disembark time. No one checked to see nor was there a place to register for a disembarking time that would insure we would disembark in time to make our flight. Basically it felt like no one cared.
I am a Platinum level Captain's Circle member and have seen food quality go down considerably. I will own Carnival Cruise Line stock as there is good profit in squeezing customers but am seriously looking elsewhere for cruising.
