This was my first cruise, so I was a little uncertain of what to expect; especially for eight nights. I had so much fun, and cannot wait to do it again. I will definitely cruise on the Crown Princess again!

The Club Class section of the Da Vinci dining room was excellent. Different dinner specials, prepared table side nightly. Quick and friendly service. The pizza on the 15th deck is also an awesome option for a quick snack or casual meal.
Crown Grill

Attentive and friendly service. the French Onion soup is to die for. Steaks were prepared perfectly. Totally worth the $29 upgrade charge.

Fun casino atmosphere. We got to know the casino crew quite well. Everyone was super friendly. Mai provides the quickest and friendliest drink service.

We only attended the magic show. Total waste of time...if the person next to me didn't fall asleep, I would have left before it was over.

For the most part, the service and staff were very quick and aimed to please. There's always a few staff that need "extra training," but the good definitely outweigh the bad.
Ship Quality

Ship was well maintained. Some areas are showing some wear and tear, and should be updated soon; but everything was very clean.
The layout of the ship isn't always the easiest to get around on - some floors don't connect all the way through, but after a day or two we got the hang of it.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin faced the back of the ship and was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfy. Very large deck with two lounge chairs and a round table with four chairs.
I would definitely come back to vacation on this island. Everyone was super friendly, beautiful water and surroundings. Locals didn't beg you to buy something from them. Very peaceful place. BlueBay Sailing cruise was the highlight of our trip. Excellent guides!
31 days for us. It will be our first time on Princess as well. We have an Aft balcony also. Sounds like we are going to have a great cruise! Thanks for sharing.
