Review summary

Was disappointed that their computer system could not update all the Princess Cruise's that I went on previously. The buffet's were terribly crowded as everything had to be handed out to us and the space was very small. It made it worse when they closed one so everyone was waiting in long lines for a long time. It is always great getting away. Our room was dangerous as we chose the "King" bed option without knowing it was a room for 4 people so we would have to be very careful getting out of bed not to hit our heads on the bunk bed's against the wall. Not sure I will think Princess first anymore.

King Bed set up does not work in this room. Our steward was wonderful. Room was small as most interior staterooms are. Hard not hitting our heads on the bunks on the wall.

xzxxx have you did a name change are you pastevenson? well when I purchase something and it isn't what I expect it to be I SPEAK UP. if you didn't than you really have nothing to complain about. but then there are those who would complain getting a million dollars on a silver tray.

anthony40 they we're not handed out the food in the buffet fyi. But I been on alot of cruises never complained also I have been on the ship before I have never received customer service like this all the times I have been on a cruise we paid to eat at crown grill and definitely did not get the service that you should have gotten I am very disappointed other than that I can understand you're going to get long lines at the buffet they can't control that. but when I pay for the experience at a specialty restaurant I should get good customer service

so because in an effort to cut down in the norovirus that was going around you complain that the items were handed to you in the buffet rather then catch the norovirus. and you also complain that you did not search your room to find out that it had bunk beds in it. yes what a terrible cruise line.
