Review summary

Our cruise to Canada/New England was wonderful. The ship was beautiful. The crew couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. We especially loved our cabin man. He was extremely efficient and pleasant. The food, both in the dining rooms and buffets was the best of any ship we've been on.

The trolley tour was nice, not wonderful.

Newport, Rhode Island

Again, we opted for a bus tour wanting to get an overall view of Newport as we'd never been there. Most of the mansions on the tour were behind shrubbery, so we didn't see very much of them.

Our bus tour took us through the many historic sites in Boston. The tour guide was extremely informative.

We walked to the Citadel and rode back on the free bus. IF you love military history (my husband does), the fort was worthwhile. The free bus was extremely crowded. If I were to go back, I would take a double deck bus tour.

Pros: The food and service.

Cons: Our neighbors in the next cabin were noisy. We could hear every drawer and door close. The last two nights we had problems getting sleep.

Recommends Crown Princess? Yes!
