I was so disappointed with this cruise line. The ship was new and lovely, but their food and drink policies are ridiculous (open buffet for one hour for dinner only) and employees from security guards to stewards and waiters were glued to their phone screens instead of working. There were hardly any activities except dance classes. Food was the same thing every day and you have to pay $10-17 for a small pizza! The cafeteria was organized in a way you had to stand in three different lines to get bread, butter and jam. And no toaster. You cannot pour your own coffee. We have traveled on 5 different cruise lines and I’ve never been on one until now that I truly disliked.

Food and Dining

Charged for water even if you requested cup of tap water. Same style of food every meal. Charged for pizza, burgers, fries. You can only get coffee and tea 4 hours a day- 3 at breakfast and 1 hour snack time. Charge for breakfast delivery. Dinner buffet only open ONE HOUR.
Onboard Activities

Teen club leaders failed to show up for events. Clubs like other cruises have to meet people were practically non-existent. No library, billiards, and shuffleboard was covered over with empty Sun chairs.
Entertainment

Acrobat team was pretty good, entertainment team was better than most cruise lines.
Children's Programs

Same thing day after day, often they didn’t show up. Teen club staff, like almost all the staff we saw, was more interested in their phones than working.
Service and Staff

Saw the head waiter chew out employees on two separate occasions in front of guests. Our room steward was good.
Ship Quality

It’s basically a series of bars at sea. And bad music playing, a different song every few meters, loudly. Nowhere to have peace and quiet.
Received passport then had to stand in line to turn it back in and wait in huge line to get it back again. Then, they didn’t bring both our passports so had to wait some more.
